HCA Chef Team of the Year competition

The Hospital Caterers Association's Chef Team of the Year hot cookery competition takes place during the Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) show (formerly Hotelympia). Teams must devise, prepare and present a two-course meal (main and dessert) with accompaniments for two covers within one hour and to a budget not exceeding £2.60.
