Key issues for NHS Estates: funding, planning and policy This seminar will discuss the next steps for promoting efficiencies in the management of NHS estates, in light of the Prime Minister's call in her speech on the future of the NHS for better use of capital investment to modernise buildings. Delegates will assess further priorities for utilising investment in the estate, the potential role of private finance, public-private partnerships and the Estates and Technology Transformation Fund (ETTF). Further sessions will consider the progress of implementing the Government response to the Naylor Review on NHS property and estates; and the outcome of initiatives such as the 'Homes for Nurses' scheme. A senior HEFMA representative will speak at the event. This event is CPD certified.
