Inspection visit took place on October 19 & 20, 2021. This was an unannounced inspection of urgent and emergency services and medical care because of continuing concerns about the quality and safety of these services. The visit took place at a time when NHS providers nationally were experiencing a high level of demand on their services. Overall, the services were rated as requires improvement.
