Inspection visit took place between July 27 and September 16, 2021.

This was an unannounced comprehensive inspection of the specialist community mental health services for children and young people, and the wards for older people with mental health problems provided by the Trust as part of continual checks on the safety and quality of healthcare services. The well-led key question was also rated for the Trust overall.
