We inspected six core services in November 2019 as part of our ongoing checks on the quality and safety of healthcare services. 

• Acute wards for adults of working age 

• Child and adolescent mental health wards 

• Specialist community mental health services for children and young people 

• Community inpatient 

• Community Adults 

• End of Life Care 

 

In addition, we also looked at how well-led the Trust was.
