Inspection visit took place from September 14 to October 20, 2021. This was a comprehensive inspection of four core services: urgent and emergency care, medical core service, surgical services and critical care services. Each of the inspections were unannounced. 

Urgent and emergency care services and the well-led and responsive key questions were rated as inadequate. The other three services were rated as requires improvement.
