The inspection visit took place from September 7-29, 2021.
This was a short notice (24 hours) announced inspection of three of the community mental health services provided by the Trust. The CQC inspected community mental health services for adults of working age because these were rated as requires improvement at the previous inspection. It inspected specialist community mental health services for children and young people because of the high-risk nature of this service, and because its last inspection was in 2014. It inspected crisis and health-based places of safety because of the high-risk nature of this service.
Overall rating of the Trust improved.
