Darent Valley Hospital
Inspection visit took place on February 21.
This was an unannounced focused inspection of Darent Valley Hospital’s urgent and emergency care services, carried out as part of a pilot approach of the urgent and emergency care pathway across Kent and Medway to assess how patient risks were being managed across health and social care services during increased and extreme capacity pressures.
Safe, responsive and well-led were assessed. Effective and caring were not assessed, but any areas of concern would have been reported. The rating of the service improved as a result of this inspection.
A fantastic case study on Chris, who works in our Gardening team, and following a successful internship, has secured a Horticulture Apprenticeship.
New study from the TSA and De Montfort University Leicester results in a protocol that is being proposed for adoption by laundries cleaning textiles for healthcare sector to ensure bacteria and viruses are killed https://t.co/APvVVK5qr6 pic.twitter.com/FSQJulrWlL
