Inspection visit took place on February 9&10, 2022.
This was a responsive inspection due to concerns raised by system partners to look at the quality of the environment and to observe how staff cared for patients in medical care.
Medical care was rated as good at this inspection, but the rating of the location overall remained as requires improvement.
