Inspection visit took place on February 19, 2021.

This was an unannounced focused inspection of the acute services looking specifically at infection prevention and control as the Trust had experienced more than one outbreak of hospital transmitted COVID-19 infections between November 2020 and January 2021. This inspection was not rated and Trust ratings remain as previously.
