Inspection visit took place on May 4 & 5.

This was an unannounced focused inspection as a result of concerns about the quality of services in response to patient safety incidents relating to falls.

As a result of this inspection enforcement action has been taken to promote patient safety. A warning notice was served to the Trust requiring improvements to be made to the assessment and management of risk, implementation of falls prevention actions and improvements in learning from serious incidents.
