Inspection visit took place on October 26 & 27, November 15 & 16, and December 15, 2022.
This was an unannounced inspection of medicine, including elderly care and children and young people to check on the safety and quality of care. The well-led key question for the Trust overall was also inspected.
One of the triggers for the inspection was findings at a recent maternity core service inspection.
