Inspection visit took place on April 12 & 13.

This was an unannounced, focused inspection of urgent and emergency care and medical care core services as a result of concerns about the quality of services. Some key questions were re-rated as a result of this inspection. Both of these services were rated as requires improvement. The CQC is monitoring the progress of improvements to services and will re-inspect them as appropriate.
