The Inspection visit took place on 19 November - 12 December 2019
We inspected urgent and emergency care services as the service required improvement in safe at the last inspection in 2018. We also inspected medical care (including older people) which required improvement in safe, effective and responsive at the last inspection. We inspected community services for children and young people because they required improvement in safe, effective, responsive and well-led at the last inspection.
