The inspection took place between 10-12th March 2020.

The inspection was underway when routine inspections were suspended during the pandemic, so the well-led inspection was not completed.

Five breaches of legal requirements were found that the Trust must put right, as well as five things the Trust should improve, all relating to one core service - Long Stay rehabilitation wards for people of working age.
