Services at this hospital are provided by London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

This was an unannounced focused inspection of the maternity service to follow up concerns identified at the previous inspection of the service in April 2021, at which safe and well-led were rated as inadequate. As a result of this inspection the rating improved to requires improvement.
