Inspection visit took place on April 20.

This was an unannounced focused inspection of maternity services as a follow up to the Section 29A Warning Notice issued at the previous inspection in October 2020. Some improvements have been made and the requirements of the Warning Notice have been met. The service was not rated at this inspection and the previous rating of Inadequate remains.
