Inspection visit took place on April 20.

This was an unannounced focused inspection of maternity services as a follow up to the Section 29A Warning Notice. At the October 2020 inspection maternity service overall was rated Inadequate. Following this latest inspection improvements have been made and the requirements of the Warning Notice have been met. The service was not rated at this inspection. Previous rating remains.
