Inspection visits took place on several dates between June 14 and July 28. This was an unannounced inspection of surgical services and urgent and emergency care. The well-led key question was also inspected for the Trust overall and a Warning Notice was issued to notify the Trust of significant improvement required in relation to leadership, risk, governance and culture.
