Inspection visit took place between May 11 and June 24. The board had identified challenges regarding organisational culture at the Trust over the last few years and has been undertaking targeted and focused work to establish open and honest, strong working relationships. The improvements in leadership and culture were evident since the previous inspection, but the Trust recognises more work needs to be done to embed service improvements and for these changes to be reflected in positive patient outcomes.
