Inspection visit took place June 15-16, 2021.

This was a short notice, focused inspection of the Surgical Care Groups of the Trust to follow up on the Warning Notice issued at the last inspection in December 2020. The CQC found the Trust had made a number of improvements and met the requirements of all aspects of the S29A Warning Notice. It will continue to monitor the performance of this service.

The service was inspected but not rated.
