Inspection visit took place on November 16.
This was an unannounced focused inspection of maternity services in response to information received giving concerns about the safety and quality of the service. The rating of the hospital was not changed, but the rating of maternity safe and well led went down to requires improvement as a result of breaches of regulations found.
