Inspection visit took place on December 1.

This was a focused inspection of services provided by The Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust at the Royal Victoria Infirmary Paediatric Sexual Assault Referral Centre to determine whether services met the legal requirements of Section 60 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008. When the service was last inspected, in August 2021, requirement notices were issued. The Trust demonstrated how it had achieved compliance and the inspectors found the service was providing safe care.
