The inspection visit took place from March 4th - 5th 2020. Due to suspension of activities during the pandemic, the well-led inspection was not completed.

The inspection covered emergency and urgent care, medical care and end of life care. Inspectors spoke with 74 staff and 24 patients and relatives.

The visit was unannounced.
