The inspection visit took place from March 4th - 10th 2020. As a result of the suspension of services during the pandemic, the well-led inspection was not completed.

The Trust has one acute site and two community hospitals. Services based at the acute site - Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford - were inspected.

Examples of outstanding practice in medical care and end of life service were found. Inspectors also found five things that the Trust should improve to comply with a minor breach.
