Inspection visits took place on May 4-5, May 11-13 and June 14-15, 2021.
This was an unannounced, comprehensive inspection of the acute wards for adults of working age and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) and community services for adults of working age services.
The well-led key question for the Trust overall was also inspected.
Acute and PICU was rated as good and Community Mental Health Services for Adults was rated as requires improvement.
