Inspection visit took place between October 5 and November 3.
This was an unannounced inspection of six of the mental health services provided by the Trust. In addition to the overall rating of ‘requires improvement’, the CQC rated each of the key questions - safe and effective were rated as requires improvement, and caring, responsive and well led as good. Two of the core services inspected were rated as good, with four as requires improvement.
