Inspection visit took place on March 3-5, 2021.

Services were inspected but not rated at this unannounced, focused inspection following information of concern received from the public. Safety processes in the Trust’s medical care services were inspected, along with the wider oversight and management of risk, governance and safety of patients across the service.
