We inspected this hospital as part of our independent hospital inspection programme. This was the first comprehensive inspection of Spire Hartswood Hospital. The inspection was conducted using the Care Quality Commission’s comprehensive inspection methodology. We carried out an announced inspection of Spire Hartswood Hospital on 3 May 2016. We also undertook an unannounced inspection on the 13 May 2016, to follow up on some additional information.
