Inspection visit took place on February 14, 2021.
This was an unannounced, focused inspection of the emergency department, in response to concerns about the quality of services as indicated by national key performance indicators. Services were inspected but not rated. However, the CQC identified several breaches of regulation and issued a Warning Notice. The progress of improvements will be monitored.
