Inspection visit took place on February 24, 2021.

This was an unannounced focused inspection of the children’s and young people’s service following information received about the safety and quality of the provision of the assessment and treatment of children and young people with acute mental health needs and/or learning disabilities. 

Following inspections in June and October 2020 enforcement action was taken with significant improvements required in relation to two specific issues. This inspection found these improvements had not been made in the children and young people’s services.

The CQC used its urgent enforcement powers to place certain conditions on the Trust’s registration and served a warning notice.
