Inspection visit took place on April 19 - 21.

This was an unannounced focused inspection of acute services to look at Infection Prevention and Control as the Trust had experienced more than one outbreak of hospital transmitted COVID-19 infection. This inspection was not rated and the Trust ratings remain unchanged.
