Inspection visit took place on May 18 - 19, 2021.
This was an unannounced focused inspection following receipt of information which gave cause for concern about the safety and quality of the diagnostic imaging service. As a result of the inspection the rating of the diagnostic imaging service was downgraded to inadequate.
