Meiko’s round table discussions will cover the standards we use to plan the hospitals and care homes of the future and how intelligent planning assures hygiene protection. Two 80 minute sessions on two consecutive days. On day one the focus is dirty utility rooms, featuring Debbie Harris, (MD of Autumna). On day two the structural change in catering in care settings will be debated by Phil Shelley (NHSE/I), Duncan Hepburn (design consultant) and Hanni Rützler (food trend expert).
