Responsibilities of the role:
• Developing and implementing estate management strategies
• Overseeing property occupancy, maintenance and repairs
• Managing building and engineering capital projects
• Ensuring compliance and assurance with health, safety and environment regulations
• Managing budgets and resources
• Supporting the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives
• Ensuring the PFI contract is properly managed and the contract obligations are met
• Ensuring the Trust properties are designed and equipped to support the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Leading and managing a team of estate management professionals.
