HEFMA has confirmed the details of the four initial webinars being organised for members under the new partnership with CompliMind. Available to members free of charge, the emphasis of the webinars will be on training and professional development. Each is designed to build confidence in the use of new digital tools within estates and facilities management. The initiative has been developed through HEFMA's Digital Workstream.
National Chair, David Moss announced the new CompliMind partnership at the National Leadership Forum in May. It establishes a member-led approach to the safe and meaningful adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) within NHS estates and facilities services. It will enable the sharing of best practice across Trusts and empower estates and facilities teams to drive the development of AI as well as other digital tools, and their integration into everyday processes, in a way that is controlled, transparent and aligns with professional values.
The partnership is focused on giving HEFMA members practical tools, opportunities for collaboration and a stronger voice in how emerging technologies are shaped and applied within the estates and facilities profession.
