The venue for the 2018 HEFMA Leadership Forum is the unique Cotswold Water Park. Covering some 40 square miles, the Cotswold Water Park sits across the countryside of Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and West Oxfordshire. The area comprises some 150 lakes, is home to more than 20,000 water birds and is an internationally important site for wintering wildfowl.

The Cotswold Water Park is described as a 'biodiversity hotspot of the South West'. As well as water birds, it is home to otters, water voles, kingfishers, bats, great crested newts and dragonflies as well as important aquatic plants and wildflowers

The Forum hotel is the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel. Inspiration for the interior design of this contemporary hotel is drawn from the natural environment within which it sits. The extensive use of glass in the exterior of the building is designed to capture nature. Delegates will enjoy comfortable rooms in a beautiful and unique setting.
