It’s now just a few days to the Webinar that will elaborate further on HEFMA and IHEEM’s joint workforce strategy ‘Developing the Healthcare EFM Workforce: A Partnership Approach’ on May 12.
The Workforce Strategy document was released in March and sets out several long-term objectives that support all members in their career development across the many and varied roles within the Healthcare Estates and Facilities sector.
This event focuses on the new joint strategy. It will discuss the current challenges facing the industry, including staff turnover, mental and wellbeing and training and development, as well as the positive steps that both organisations are working towards to improve what is available, such as the national apprenticeship programme and the development of joint resources, including the future leaders career map.
Attendees will gain a better understanding of how to improve visibility, development, retention and diversity within the EFM workforce and the importance of encouraging and supporting future leaders in the sector.
