The Healthcare Buildings Forum (HBF) 2016 will be held on June 30 and July 1, 2016 at Whittlebury Hall, Silverstone, Northamptonshire. The event has been specifically developed to meet the needs of those delivering healthcare estates and facilities, including NHS Trusts and private providers, mental health trusts, social care organisations, contractors, architects, M&E contractors, project managers and consultants.

Covering seminars, the latest innovations, products and services combined with the opportunity to network and do business with peers as well as meeting new manufacturers and suppliers, HBF helps delegates to stay at the forefront of the latest developments across healthcare estates including what’s new, how challenges are being met and the emerging trends.

This year’s seminar topics and speakers include:
* The emergence and growing popularity of Strategic Estates Partnerships (SEP), with Karen Baker, Chief Executive of the Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Stephen Collinson of Ryhurst
Strategic Estates Partnerships (SEPs) are becoming increasingly popular in the NHS as a way to improve the healthcare estate whilst unlocking efficiencies and savings that can be put back in to front line clinical services.

* Healthcare Opportunities and Challenges in the Middle East, with Amr Metwally Head of Architecture Division PMC, Hamad Medical Corporation
Qatar's healthcare market is booming and continues to grow as a result of increasing private sector engagement coupled with increasing health insurance coverage. As well as talking about developments in the region, Amr Metwally will discuss the opportunities and challenges that exist for UK companies and how they can access them.

* Visit the UK for all your healthcare needs, with Simon Kydd Director, Head of Healthcare WSP Parson Brinkerhoff
By the end of 2015 total revenues for private healthcare providers in London reached £1.5bn, due mostly to the surge in overseas patients demanding more costly and complex treatments. This increase in investment within London has to be good news for UK plc.

* Karl Redmond - Bowman Riley Healthcare – BIM for healthcare
Karl Redmond is a Director of both the UK BIM4SME and UK BIM4HEALTH groups, endorsed by the Cabinet Office. He is also a Fellow of the Leeds Sustainability Institute. He is engaged in various initiatives surrounding social infrastructure; procurement; project management; facilities and estate management; commercial asset assessment and improvement programmes; strategic integrated business and estate planning.

The Healthcare Buildings Forum is free to attend for those actively delivering projects across healthcare estates.
