Every year HEFMA recognises and celebrates the hard work, efforts and achievements of NHS Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) teams and individuals across the UK.
Nominations are now invited for the 2020 awards across six categories: Efficiency & Improvement; Individual Development; People Development; Project of the Year; Leader of the Year; and Team of the Year.
To be shortlisted as a finalist or the ultimate winner of any category is a great honour. The winners will be announced at a prestigious Black-Tie awards dinner held during on the evening of May 6, 2020, during the National Leadership Forum at Stadium MK.
Is there someone within your team – or even the entire team – who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to a task, who has excelled in a particular area of development or who has pioneered an initiative that has resulted in operational efficiencies or improved patient care?
If so, please share their achievements with us and allow their NHS EFM colleagues around the country to recognise and perhaps learn from their work.
Being an awards finalist is also a wonderful opportunity for your hospital or Trust to benefit from positive publicity - in HEFMA Pulse, the HEFMA website, other healthcare publications, social media and your own local media - highlighting the commitment of staff, the services and patient care provided.
