Experts from the HSE will present an informative webinar, aligned with its ‘Asbestos: Duty to Manage’ campaign, on May 15 at 10.30am.
The session will outline the process of carrying out an effective asbestos risk assessment, and provide guidance about how to complete an asbestos management plan.
Asbestos is the biggest cause of work-related deaths in Great Britain. Around 5,000 people die every year from asbestos-related diseases, which typically take decades to develop and cannot be cured.
The campaign, Asbestos: Duty to Manage, supports organisations in identifying duty holders and implementing effective strategies to mitigate asbestos-related risks.
