HEFMA has issued a survey for members to share their views of the association. The survey has been initiated by new National Chair, David Moss and will provide insight that will help to shape HEFMA’s new five-year strategy, which will be formally announced at the 2025 Forum in Telford (May 14-16).

The short survey will capture the opinions of members around the work that HEFMA is currently doing, as well as where more could be done. It will identify the subject areas that members feel should be key priorities for workstreams, the communication channels and vehicles being used and their effectiveness, opinions on Branch meetings and the national Forum.

HEFMA’s objective is to ensure that it is focusing efforts on the areas that are of most use to members so that the five-year strategy, which will take the association to 2030, can home in on those topics, targeting resources effectively and productively.

“Hopefully, through the survey, we will be able to identify what members want us to focus on, and we will then set out to deliver those priorities,” David says.
