The 2016 theme Lean on Me; Compassion, Culture & Compliance will cover a myriad of topics including looking into the experiences of the patient, the importance of forming strong partnerships and show how a strong management team can shape and lead the way for others.
It is the 18th Annual National Leadership Forum (formerly named HefmA Conference), to be held at the Telford International Centre from 19th – 20th May.

The keynote speaker confirmed for Day 1 is Dave Bryon, former MD of BMI Baby.
David has also recently branched out from his experiences as an after dinner speaker by using his unique experiences in media and corporate sectors to train senior executives in varying areas of business, including presentation skills, public speaking and managing TV and radio interviews.
David will bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to the conference with his talk on Management.
