NHS Employers has issued new and detailed risk assessment guidance to enable NHS organisations to enhance their processes, particularly for at-risk and vulnerable groups within their workforce.
The guidance provides practical measures to advance the way risk assessments are carried out for BAME and other at risk and vulnerable groups working across the NHS. It also signposts other resources and toolkits, including guidance from the Health and Safety Executive.
The guidance has been welcomed by NHS England and NHS Improvement.
