Procurement specialist, Pagabo, is launching an innovative new four-year framework for the design, build, finance and operation (DBFO) of car park projects for the public sector.
Presented by Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust, the National Framework for car park builds, which goes live at the end of October 2017, will streamline existing procurement activities, providing improved cost saving and efficient route for end-to-end nationwide car park development.
With no other complete solution for privately funded car parks on the market, the Framework will provide specialist expertise spanning design, construction, finance and operation.
Consisting of three Lots, the Framework will ensure value-for-money, flexible delivery tailored to public sector needs.
- Lot 1 will cover the provision of car park design, build and finance
(Contractors awarded include Interserve, Indigo, Prime PLC Vinci) - Lot 2 delivery of car park operation and finance
(Contractors awarded include CP Plus, Q Parks, NCP, Indigo) - Lot 3 a complete DBFO solution
(Contractors awarded include Q Parks, Indigo).
