Nine two-person chef teams have made it through the regional heats to reach the NHS Chef 2023 finals. The mentoring stage of the competition will be held at Parts Town UK’s premises in Cannock, ahead of the six-day finals, which will be held from October 24 - 26 and October 31 - November 2 at a new venue, The Season Cookery School near Winchester.

• Stepping Hill Hospital (Stockport NHS FT)
• The Woodlands (Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS FT)
• West Suffolk Hospital
