Every year HEFMA recognises and celebrates the hard work, efforts and achievements of NHS Estates and Facilities Management (EFM) teams and individuals across the UK.
These awards are now into their twelfth year and to be shortlisted as a finalist or the ultimate winner of any category is a great honour. The winners are announced at a prestigious Black-Tie awards dinner held during the National Leadership Forum.
Is there someone within your team – or even the entire team – who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to a task, who has excelled in a particular area of development or who has pioneered an initiative that has resulted in operational efficiencies or improved patient care?
If so, please share their achievements with us and allow their NHS EFM colleagues around the country to recognise and perhaps learn from their work.
Being an awards finalist is also a wonderful opportunity for your hospital or Trust to benefit from positive publicity - in HEFMA Pulse, the HEFMA website, other healthcare publications, social media and your own local media - highlighting the commitment of staff, the services and patient care provided.
