International total facilities management (TFM) provider OCS, which was first appointed by the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust in 2008, will continue to deliver soft services for the healthcare service provider until 2020. OCS will deliver a range of existing and new services, including cleaning, catering, reception, portering, security, waste management, pest control, window cleaning and linen and laundry services.
The Trust is one of the largest in the UK, providing more than 300 different health services across 150 sites and in many other community settings for people with a wide range of physical and mental health needs.
Mitch Taylor, the Trust’s Head of Facilities and Procurement says: “We put quality at the centre of all we do and, being able to trust that the facilities are being maintained to the highest standards is a key part of this.”
