Static Systems Group is a leading provider of communication solutions for the healthcare sector; incorporating both nurse call and other associated systems.

Static Systems’ highly experienced in-house engineers have developed a suite of world-class wireless nurse call communication solutions. Cost-competitive, scalable and fit-for-purpose, they are ideally suited for use in acute hospitals, hospices, day care units and care homes, as well as temporary installations. They are also capable of operating alongside Static Systems’ wired systems to form one integrated system that enhances the patient experience, improves patient safety and assists in staff workflow and efficiency.

Phil Wade, Director of Marketing at Static Systems, comments: “We recognise that a degree of uncertainty still surrounds whether wireless is suitable for use in acute and specialist hospitals. That’s why we are inviting industry representatives to attend a seminar on this subject. ‘Nurse Call Systems - should I go wired or wireless?’ reviews the merits, applications and functionality of both solutions. As a manufacturer of both types of systems we are in a unique position to be able to advise and offer an unbiased opinion.”

The seminar is ideally suited to members of industry bodies such as HEFMA and IHEEM, as well as to design teams and specifiers. Seminars can be held at a location of delegates’ choice or at Static Systems’ head office in the West Midlands, where delegates can also visit the company’s Design & Innovation Centre incorporating the P22 Repeatable Ward and the recently launched Concept Ward.
