18th - 20th May 2016

The 2016 leadership forum will be held at the Telford International Centre. The excellent transport links for rail, air and road make attending easy for conference delegates and exhibition visitors. New government policies make it a necessity for every member of the NHS to have a thirst for knowledge. This is a ideal environment for you to promote your organisation and help to deliver solutions for healthcare professionals.

Another bonus for exhibitors is that in addition to conference delegates visiting the exhibition arena, stand holders will benefit from a significant marketing campaign including direct mail, email marketing, web promotion and coverage in the HefmA Pulse magazine to attract exhibition visitors who are not attending conference. Finally a further 3,000 tickets will be shared evenly by the stand holders for distribution to their customers. All this activity will keep the exhibition hall buzzing to maximize stand foot full throughout the day.

HefmA is important to you

It was formed over a quarter of a century ago and is an association of NHS Hospital Trusts. The Directors and Senior Managers of estates and facilities are responsible for the management of the day-to-day operation, maintenance and support services of all hospitals within an NHS trust.

They manage new hospital building programmes, along with refurbishments and adaptations to health care facilities.

Estates and Facilities Directors are also responsible for multi-million pound budgets that they use to keep a hospital running efficiently, safely and cost-effectively seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Networking is Key

As well as ample time to discuss sales with visitors during the day there are a myriad of opportunities to network outside of the exhibition hall including the pre-conference ice-breaker evening, where delegates & suppliers can build relationships in a relaxed atmosphere.

The Gala Awards Dinner on the Thursday evening is a more regal affair, allowing fantastic networking with delegates & guests whilst enjoying a gourmet meal and the eagerly anticipated reveal of the winners in the HefmA Awards 2016.
